Executing with OKRs
When I first joined Numerai in 2018, one thing I noticed was that we didn't have any process for setting and tracking goals. This was obviously not scalable.
So I took it upon myself to pitch the idea of OKRs to the team. These were the slides for the presentation that I gave to the entire team.
To this day, we are still using the OKR system to run the company. The OKR system has not only helped us hit key milestones, it has also helped us scale the team while staying focused and aligned.
